[Bf-interface] Editing of all selected items (optional)

Update: think the patch is finished now (added support for editing
multiple values at once ) ).

Yep, its long time requested feature.

Not sure about this, this can work for modifiers or constraints...
times you might not expect it to?
it might activate at times you don't want.

This could be OK if its only for objects, but this wont work for other
data types - sequence-strips, metaballs for eg.
