[Bf-interface] Sticky Keymap Prototype

I created a prototype of this idea that is somewhat working.

It's one of Julian's old builds with my config, hope that's ok to put on
github.

It's WIP, so not all is implemented. Some things are also impossible to
implement with just config.

Feedback/help also appreciated.
