[Bf-interface] Revising the video output interface

@Diego: I agree on all points. Another user suggested adding a checkbox by
the Video Encoding section as well; disabling video could be useful for
mixing down audio into audio-specific containers. The preset menu offered
may be more advanced than necessary, but I wanted to show what might be
possible instead of the current solution.
