[Bf-interface] First Blender UI Meeting

Hi everyone!

There's not too many of us on this list just yet, but Ton has been kind
enough to set it up.

I've already talked with some of you individually, but what I'm doing is
coordinating Blender UI meetings with at least the core team and active
participating members. The purpose of these meetings is simply to lay down
and agree some UI roadmap targets for the next few months.

Tentatively I'm thinking a bi-weekly meeting, on Sundays immediately after
the normal dev meeting.

Does that work for everyone?
