I have a suggestion for you and do it that without python :
1- Add (mirror) such as(transparency) just marked
2- Add a video( movie ) mode and run the game in just a marked 
3- The increase in the conventional filter control ligic bricks 

i hope you do this for blender 2.73 or new version 
thank you for tha blender programe it is Wonderful
note :
I hope interest in the program and increase the tools in blender game engine not less
