[Bf-gamedev] HTML 5 exporter from BGE

My main problem is that I don't have hardware.  However, I've been able to
test using two different desktop ES implementations.

Kind of embarrassing considering how cheap you can get Android hardware.  I
intended to setup a virtual machine, but right now my priority is fixing
the Mac and Linux builds before adding Android back.

I think getting a development environment setup is going to be more
difficult than actually fixing the code.  At least I already have the Mac
setup.
