Grease Pencil floating clickable editing tools.

Had a weird idea while watching 17 tips to speed up editing.
He said you could edit your model and highlight two objects press the
spacebar and then type boolean to find boolean intersect and click that.
This cuts a hole out. Cool idea but what if you had to do it a lot?

How about you create an Grease Pencil object and then assign it a command.
Then every time you click the object with your mouse it would do the
function assigned to the Grease Pencil object.
