[Bf-funboard] "Frame Dropping" and "AV-Sync" should be only one mode.

I think Frame Dropping is meant for when the scene is too heavy to play in
real time at full frame-rate. Since your No Sync time was shorter, I guess
your scene is too light? I'm not sure what Frame Dropping is doing when
playback is faster than expected instead of slower.

If Frame Dropping is supposed to be clock-accurate, then I guess you did
find a bug; and the mode needs to be renamed as well.

I think the AV-Sync is supposed to be clock-accurate as measured by the
progress of the audio, so if the audio lags the animation should also lag,
but if the animation lags it skips frames to catch up with the audio,
making it so that the exact same frame is always played at the exact same
point in the audio. I'm not sure what would it take to make the audio lag
to be able to test it though.
