[Bf-funboard] Adding a RAW Photo Editor to Blender

The camera tracking feature is NOT about making films.  It's about
calculating TRACKING for 3D geometry/camera so that compositing etc. can be
accomplished.  The sequencer in Blender is woefully under-powered with
pretty weak tools for that purpose.  Some of the tools don't even work
predictably.
