[Bf-funboard] Adding a RAW Photo Editor to Blender

Hi Dean,

I have also tried to push video functionalities to Blender but I gave up,
the main focus of the Blender foundation is 3D animation. Kdenlive (for
video editing) is now available for Windows, Natron is a great compositing
software and I believe has raw support. Both are open source.
