[Bf-funboard] UI Proposal: Loading screen when initially loading Blender

Yeah, I don't think this is necessary... Especially since it will usually
open a terminal in windows immediately when started, I personally have it
do the same thing on linux... It's quite easy to tell that something is
happening... But if you think about the software that doesn't have a
loading screen, usually it takes about the same amount of time to load as
Blender...
