[Bf-funboard] Layer visibility lock

I didn't understand you until I discovered there is "Relations/Layers" for
that.. sweet ignorance!

Although, I have to say, usability wise I think what I suggested it is more
clear and straightforward, I'm sure I would have discovered that way sooner
than "Relations", but oh well, current way works like a charm, so... THANKS!
