[Bf-funboard] Playback speeds in the VSE

Hello,

When you have to go through a lot of footage while editing, being able to
play your footage at different speeds can be very useful. Typically to
quickly look through the footage in the VSE and decide which takes you want
to select, playing the videos at speed x2, x4, x8 would be great. Pressing
a key once could play at x2, hitting the same key a second time would play
at x4, a third time at x8, etc...
Using a combinaison of 3 keyboard shortcuts next to each others for
playback speeds would be ideal. For example: J, K, L keys
L key to play forward x2, x4, x8
K key to return to normal speed
J key to to play backwards x2, x4, x8

But of course any other combinaison would work.
