[Bf-funboard] No way to disable DoF without changing settings?

Hi gandalf3,

I'm new to the funboard.

Could see such functionality being useful.
To maximise productivity (user wouldn't have to select relevant camera, 
then Camera tab), possibly a more suitable location for a toggle 
check-box would be on the Render panel, under Light Paths, with other 
render selectable options?
