[Bf-funboard] Browser image drag-n-drop

Hi all!

I often take references from internet and here is an idea: what if it would
be possible to drag opened image directly from browser to blender viewport.
Image automatically will be copied to
a) .blend file folder (or child references folder - it can be set in
settings window or smthng)
or
b) temporary folder, if file was not yes saved
and will became a background.
