Hi

I'm often use scale along particular axis through mouse wheel, but i can
perform this action only in global and local orientation.  I think it would
be great to have access to 'view' orientation, because every time going in
menu, then changing manipulator makes things slow. Also alternate
orientation through alt and ctrl will make process easier and faster.
