[Bf-funboard] Changing object's names color in viewport and overlaying 'em

Hi!
1) Is it possible to do additional color for the object's names in
viewport? Now it's color is changing with the wire itself (common color
circle). But the problem is that I want to change color to be different
from wire. It is hard to read text on the object with the same color wire.

2) Having an option to display object's names above all the objects would
be great!
