[Bf-funboard] Rotation on background images

Hi all! Is it possible to add such a functionality:
We have unwrapped mesh with such a hole:

We press F and fill it with quad (or triangle, if there are another
"hole"). And we automatically fill that hole in the uv layout. It may be an
option. Of course, if there is an seam on one of hole's sides, it can't be
filled because of uv layout mess.
