[Bf-funboard] Grease Pencil onion skin enhancements

Hi Aligorith.

I had an idea for enhanced functionality to the new grease pencil tools
while working on an assignment today. Currently, grease pencil onion
skin is defaulted to 0 frames from the current frame, both before and
after, which allows you to see the next and previous GP frame from the
current. However, when you up the index, it often makes that next frame
disappear because it is far off down the timeline. Would it be feasible
to change that to sketch visibility, rather than frame visibility? It is
far better to be able to see a certain number of /sketches /ahead rather
than /frames,/ especially when doing rough posing and whatnot early on
when there are large numbers of frames between poses. And that number of
visible sketches would be consistent no matter where you are on the
timeline and no matter how many frames you have between sketches.

Thanks for all the work you've put in for the new GP tools. They are
fantastic and have made the last week much, much easier for early idea
building.
