[Bf-funboard] VSE proxies

You can in fact generate them outside of blender, just give them the
right path, name etc. For instance:

I use this to proxy exrs with transparency into .tgas with transparency
using pillow, and then rename them to .jpgs... presto: transparent
proxy image sequences ....
