[Bf-funboard] Importing popup suggestion

Hi!

It would be great if Blender will show popup window such as
"Import as..."
|---> (here is a list of available importers)
|---> .....
when a non-blend file is drag-n-dropped on the blender window. It can use
default import options if user clicks on the list element and open options
popup window (like one, opened on F6 after operation) if user clicks on
[...] button right to the element of the list or smthn.
