[Bf-funboard] Pivot in screen-space

I am in this situation where I have a selection of vertices that span
across a large portion of my object, and I want to translate it slightly
while watching a specific portion of it, only the widget is out of view.
Now it's by no means impossible (using shortcuts, multiple views), but I
thought it would be damn handy still. Having the widget always at hand no
matter the selection (bit like the "view" orientation).

Cheers,

Hadrien
