[Bf-funboard] Start, End and Current frame values visible in VSE

Hi there

Could it be possible to show the Start frame, End frame and Current Frame
fields in Sequencer, just like in Timeline?

Having this approach, could it be possible to enable the shortcuts "S" and
"E" in Sequencer to define the start and end frames?
