[Bf-funboard] Copy Transform Constraint needs Offset

Hey there Jeffrey and Hadrian :)

Thanx a mil for your replies, I really appreciate it. I guess the Copy
Transforms constraint could really use an offset value. I'm wondering if it
could be a mathematical limitation/issue? Dunno... But thanx for the tip
about the ChildOf constraint, completely overlooked that one... :)
