[Bf-funboard] Can the VSE grow up?

Yes I agree. As the VSE already allows audio level changes and can read
volume of sources, it makes sense to have some way of evaluating changes. I
have tried to hack a driver into 3d view but lack og depsgraph handling in
the vse restricts it.
