[Bf-funboard] Scenes and Outliner

Hi,

Upon changing scenes using the Scene dropdown, the outliner changes
accordingly. However, it can be tricky to be still editing in the previous
scene because in the outliner, it will be showing the previous expanded
outliner.

I think upon changing scenes, the changed-to scene outliner should expands,
and any other of the outliner collapse.
