[Bf-funboard] Rotate view around last stroke point in Texture paint mode

There is a zoom tool that can do this now that I think of it.  Press
Shift+B to draw-out a bounding box.  The size of the box will determine the
level at which you zoom into towards the selected area.  Also, the tool
accurately sets the view pivot to the area of the model that you zoom in
on.

So far as I can tell it works in every view-port mode.

If you then use Shift+C, the view will zoom-out so the entire scene can be
viewed.
