[Bf-funboard] simple Blender feature Fly/Walk navigation

I don't think we would support switching fly/walk mode from within
fly/walk mode (while I can see why you might want this) they are two
separate operators, probably its possible to hack it in. but dont
think it would work very well.

As suggested, think its better if you add some custom pie-menu to
select between them quickly, then call that from shift+f
