[Bf-funboard] Rotate view around last stroke point in Texture paint mode

I just downloaded 2.68 to check what was happening before and it seems I
was wrong.  It looks like zoom-to-stroke didn't do anything useful then
either so I guess it's a feature request and not a regression.  Antony R.
would probably be the person to ask for this, it's one of his areas of
interest.
