[Bf-funboard] Rotate view around last stroke point in Texture paint mode

I never use that setting at all so I'm not sure what happened in the past
for Texture Paint.  Normally I use NUMPAD (.) to zoom in on and set the
pivot for the area I want to work with.  I just checked and although it
used to work reasonably well in Texture Paint mode, it seems to be broken
now, all it does now is center the entire object.  I haven't use TexPaint
for a while now and just noticed, that's bad news.  It does still work in
Sculpt Mode.
