[Bf-funboard] Trigger operators and keymapping options

Hi everyone,

I noticed that some operators are made to trigger once only instead of
dependant on mouse movement, like view3d.view_roll. It is bound by default
to ctrl+shift+wheelup/down and rotates by a fixed amount every time.
Another one is the screen.frame_offset operator which increases or
decreases in fixed steps; if bound to mouse "move" input, it will increase
or decrease by a frame for every pixel traveled by the mouse cursor,
regardless of direction, which well, almost works, but not quite.

Right now I don't think there exists a way to bind an operator to distance
traveled by mouse either :
1. upwards
2. downwards
3. left
4. right
5. radius in any direction ?

The idea would be to have a way to control the timeline or the camera roll
directly from the 3DView, ctrl+rmb then move mouse horizontally for
instance.

I hope this is something that could be tackled.

Regards,

Hadrien
