[Bf-funboard] Cycles baking: support UV Map node in output Texture Image

Issue:
When using more than one UV maps on a mesh, Cycles will always us the 
"active" map when baking. This is error prone, as it's easy and/or 
cumbersome to always have to select the correct map before baking.

Requested functionality:
Support UV Map nodes in the output Image Texture node, i.e. always use 
the UV map specified in the connected UV Map node when baking. If no UV 
Map node is connected to the output Texture Image node, revert to the 
current behavior.
