[Bf-funboard] Weight parameter for deform modifiers

FWIW, most of the deform modifiers *do* have a way to adjust influence. With a
few exceptions, most of them have a strength, factor, angle, or other value used
to control the amplitude of the effect. By animating those values, you can
effectively get what you're looking for with the current features.
