[Bf-funboard] Show "reference" constraints/modifiers when selecting targets

When you set a target or pole target on an IK (for example), it gets annoying that the only way to influence that target,or to KNOW that it is used in a constraint is selecting another bone, rather then the bone that you want to change.

ON top of that,a bone might be used in a multiple of different constraints as a target, but you have no way of knowing which, easily, by just selecting the bone that you want to check.

The same could be said for modifiers.

If you use a box as a mirror center. When selecting that box it would be nice to see: "this object is used as a mirror center for that other object." in some way or form.

I suggest a toggle which, if checked, can show you ALL the constraints a certain bone, or object is added as a target or other.
This can be shown by just "duplicating" the modifiers/constraints directly, but maybe change the color to indicate it is a reference modifier, not an actual modfier.

Is this possible?

PS: yes you can use the outliner,to see links, but that is tedious at best. An easy way to select a bone or object and see where it has been referenced or used would be a timesaver, especially when working with rigged models or scenes you receive from other people.
