[Bf-funboard] Alt+scrolling button inconsistent behaviour

[Bol Bib]

Alt+scrolling results in scrolling through a buttonlist (with the double arrows on the right)

like texture mode,transformation orientation or render result slots (and many more)


This does not work for edit/object/texture Mode button or images/textures/materials even though those appear to be the same kind of button (double arrow)


This should be consistent,all double arrowed buttons should be able to alt+scroll to scroll through the list.
