[Bf-funboard] Please add an AppData file for Gnome & KDE software centers

This looks like something Richard Hughes initiated but I can't see any
evidence this is a standard yet (2 links referring to appdata
reference user 'hughsient').

Has this been accepted as a a freedesktop spec?
