[Bf-funboard] Deselecting objects in front of other objects

Hi,

I find it problematic that it's currently really difficult to de-select an
object (Solid view, Object mode) that is in front of a second object.
The only way to really do that is to deselect it with everything behind
using Alt+Border(de)select and then re-selecting everything you just
deselected (except for the one object you wanted to deselect. That's
complicated, unintuitive and not necessarily always possible.
Alternatively, you could leave Solid view and look for the right lines in
wireframe view to deselect using Alt+Borderselect, making sure you don't
touch a line of a different object that should stay selected.

That's not too bad, but I think it's a missed opportunity that it's not
possible to temporarily deactivate the depth-toggle-selection mode, as you
can in Edit mode by clicking "Limit selection to visible". Or use the
Alt+Rightclick menu that shows all the Objects below your cursor to
deselect things. Alt-Clicking on an entry of that list has exactly the same
effect as normal-clicking on it, even when the menu was opened as
Multi-Selection (Shift+Alt+Richtclick).

Thanks and regards
Julian
