I have never tried it, but don't you have stick-to properties and
repel properties in the physics section? Soft bodies? Cloth? Could you
put a repel in a cloth sack and then increase the force?

How do you envision this? Like a hot air balloon? Like a rubber
balloon? Or in other words with stretch or without?
