[Bf-funboard] Show Brush option in TexPaint

Hi,

In sculpt mode there is a "Show Brush" option, while there isn't in
TexPaint mode, it would be useful because while painting, it is too
easy to pick up the cursor's color... in my case, depending on how
fast I paint, could be 1 in 5 times, it's quite frustrating.

Given there is no "options" panel in TexPaint mode, I think it would
make sense to move the option to "Appearance" panel in both sides, and
maybe make it "Hide Brush" instead.
