[Bf-funboard] Circle select drag resize

Hi,

Right now there is the mouse wheel and + & - to resize circle selector, but
for stylus users it would be quicker and handier to: Hold "C key" and drag
to resize circle...

Maybe it is already possible to setup that behaviour in the shortcuts with
a radial control, but it doesn't seem easy for a "normal" user... I mean, I
have no clue how to do it, google it but can't find any light about it
either...
