[Bf-funboard] Hotkeys for 3D view modes

I don't know about your suggestion, but since the number keypad is normally
associated with the viewport, maybe we can use the leftover keys from over
there. Unfortunately there isn't really an obvious mnemonic for / and * but
the spacial association might be sufficient to make it easy-to-learn.
