[Bf-funboard] We should not loose the ZIP option

I would find no use in an automatic upgrader. Because I freelance at
various locations, the systems I use are often locked down to prevent new
software from being installed. Having an installer for Blender would
prevent me from using the latest version of Blender. I typically pull down
the ZIP version of Blender and just run it from the folder. The closer you
tie the installer to the system, the more likely you are to run into
permissions issues.

Not all of us are Admins of the machine we run Blender on.
