[Bf-funboard] proposed adjustment to object->display property subpanel

Proposed small adjustment to the layout and titles of object->display:

Goals / Motivations:

1) visually and textually connect "Draw All Edges" (renamed "All Wire
Edges") option to "Wire" mode, so it's more obvious they are somewhat
related (though not exclusively)

2) clarify that the draw-type selector is a "limit" to draw-type, not a
selection of draw-type, by renaming it "Limit draw to:"

3) clean up the somewhat jumbled lines and feel of the panel..


Thoughts?
