[Bf-funboard] Toolbar mockups

Hi all, 

As part of the summer of code I've been looking at redesigning the toolbar. I've made some mockups [1] that I would like to get some feedback on. 

The main points this addresses are:

* reduce scrolling as much as possible
* add support for setting the default parameters for operators
* add text to show equivalent shortcuts

Please let me hear your thoughts!
