[Bf-funboard] property panel "switch" section toggles.. thoughts?

I'm not sure why it's so important to have the panel titles aligned,
to me these proposals just seem to add visual clutter elsewhere. The
on/off button and greyed out toggles don't really make things much
more readable.

Personally I think having the toggle in front of the title makes it
easier to scan the titles, because you sort of have anchor points and
remember which panels are above/below certain toggles. It breaks up
things, somewhat like your editor switching menu proposals you made.

Perhaps the triangles could be removed and the checkboxes moved in
their place, but then it needs to be better communicated what the
title is and that it is a think you can click on. For that I think you
need a background color on the panel header, maybe slightly bolder
text, and subtle highlighting on mouse over.
