[Bf-funboard] Menu Layout Details

@Harley. Seeing the effect on the File Menu makes it very clearer to me
what you meant.

I +1 too. It looks nice to look and easy to distinguish each other. I only
could realize how close the current icons are to the left when I saw your
version.

I think its a good thing. Blender-wide application of this design will be
fine.
