[Bf-funboard] Continuous grab for sliders in Modifiers.

I mean that sliders are typically inside the buttons region so you
dont normally need to move your mouse outside the region while
dragging as you do with number buttons.

Both, and the mouse un-grabs at the sliders new position irrespective
of shift being held.
