[Bf-funboard] Proposal: Alt-Mmb to center view to surface

Shift+B does something similar, but it would be nice to have it without
changing the zoom in a simpler shortcut. Numpad dot also does that, but for
the selected element. How about this?

Alt+mmb = what Paweł said.
Alt+clic drag mmb = the same with zoom (like shift+B minus confirmation).

It would be simpler and easier to remember than the existing two options.

Also it's similar to Second Life's alt+LMB. SL interface is awful,
unintuitive and slow, but alt+LMB is one feature I missed from it in other
apps (the other being radial menus, but they removed that).
