[Bf-funboard] Ability to Reload Linked Data

As far as I know (please correct me if I'm wrong), the only way to 
reload linked data is to reload the whole blend file. This becomes 
cumbersome with large files.

A solution would be to add a "Reload" option in the menu that pops up 
when you RMB click on a data's name (image in my case) in the Outliner 
set to "Blender File" display mode.
