[Bf-funboard] Copying Constraints using Shortcut Ctrl-L

my first idea: make addon prefs with options:
make ctr+c menu with first entry blenders copy to buffer
override ctr+c - old behavior
make Ctrl+L sub-menu (like you said)

this way i can toggle all off and make my shortcut
